The Perfect Love Target is a theological map of the formation journey — showing where every person is in their journey toward God, where grace is moving them, and what the genuine available destination of every believer who pursues it actually is.

The center is not first a destination. It is the origin — the eternal self-giving love of the Trinity, the relationship humanity was designed to participate in. The story moves outward through the fall, and then back inward through every layer of grace.

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. 1 John 4:16

Do No Harm

Obey God

Responding in faith to every revelation the Spirit brings. The Faith Bridge crosses two walls: shame (I'm not acceptable enough) and trust (does His goodness cover the cost?).

Am I responding in faith — or standing at the entrance evaluating the cost?
Do Good

Reflect God

The outward expression of inward transformation. As we are conformed to Perfect Love, that love overflows toward the specific people God has placed in our relational field.

Am I reflecting God's love to the people in my actual life?
Attend the Ordinances

Seek God

Active, disciplined pursuit of God through every means of grace — prayer, Scripture, the table, fasting, community. Genuine hunger, not religious activity.

Am I seeking God in all things — with genuine expectation of encounter?
Attend the Class Meeting

Practice Fellowship

Koinonia at three depths — the Three (3–5 in radical mutual honesty), the Twelve (covenant accountability), the Seventy-Two (shared identity and mission).

Am I genuinely held in a Three? a Twelve? Seventy-Two?
Four Honest Locations Grace meets every one

Outside the Purple — Approaching

Sincere, on the outer ring, still sensing the distance. The crossing is available now. The barrier is gone.

Just Inside — Newly Crossed

The Spirit received. The journey begun. The full invitation: He is fully capable of bringing you all the way home.

Growing — Inside the Purple

The most common location. Real distance remaining. The full formation ecosystem — community, means of grace, daily consecration.

Approaching the Center

Pursuing entire sanctification as a genuine available destination. The community holds the full invitation open without domesticating it.

The Pastoral Invitation

The ring is open. The center is reachable.
The Spirit is doing the work.

From wherever you are in this picture — the invitation is standing. The honest not yet is not a verdict. It is a location. And grace is most specifically present precisely there.

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through… The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it. 1 Thessalonians 5:23–24
